Lake View Soberton
The team at Southern Planning Practice secured planning permission on appeal for two infill dwellings in Soberton and also dealt with the subsequent reserved matters approval and condition discharge applications. The properties were designed by our in-house architect, Steve Wickenden, and have been built out by Brookeswood Developments, resulting in a very high quality development. Despite the initial decision of Winchester City Council to refuse planning permission, this example shows that with the right approach and resolve, small scale housing developments can be achieved, providing much needed housing in rural locations under Winchester’s infill policy.
