Equestrian Projects
We have a wealth of experience undertaking equestrian projects for clients. We have secured planning permission for many indoor and outdoor maneges, riding facilities including polo pitches and associated stabling and groom's accommodation.
We frequently are involved with proposals to change the use of land to form private or commercial equestrian use together with providing associated infrastructure including stables, maneges and field shelters. We have also been involved in designing and gaining planning permission for American Barns for large equestrian sites.
Our portfolio includes gaining permission for a large equestrian centre, manege and horse walker for an Olympic showjumper and also gaining permission for a new polo facility including two new pitches and groom’s accommodation for an existing polo team.
We have been involved in projects in a variety of settings including historic parks and gardens and National Parks so we are astute in these environments.
